Mission Team Inc is ready to help in any way the carrying out of short term missions. Therefore we are making available many forms, guidelines, and other documents that will help organizations who are undertaking the task of missions. Mission Team Inc has written documents that can be downloaded for use in your own church or organization. Our only goal is to enable your short-term mission trips.
If you use these forms, all we ask is that you email us at scotty@missionteaminc.com and let us know which documents you utilized and send us a final copy of the document so we can add you to our document archive. We are of course expecting you to insert your organizational name, logo, and any other adjustments to the forms you feel are necessary.
