What is Mission Team Inc attempting to do?
Our plan is very simple: partner with churches to do the work of short-term missions.
How will we do this?
MTI wants to partner with pastors who have a desire to do missions but have neither the time to provide leadership to make it happen nor the funding to provide staff to fulfill this vital function in today’s world. Mission Team Inc wants to come to you and provide both leadership and training to make short-term missions a reality in your church.
What is the advantage to a church to partner with Mission Team Inc?
There are many great reasons to partner with MTI.
1. MTI gives churches a customized plan for the use of teams for short-term missions.
2. MTI gives churches leadership to get started with a strategic plan for missions.
3. MTI will train leadership within the church to take on the task of fulfilling the Great Commission.
4. MTI will enable a church to get started now without the long-term financial burden of taking on a staff member to give training and leadership.
5. MTI will give the present structure of committees tools and training to know how and what to do in getting the work done.
6. MTI has proven and effective means of mission strategy that will enable a church to make good choices of where and what ministries to activate.
7. MTI will work with pastors to relieve the load of ministry from his shoulders by engaging the laity.
8. MTI will help you find and develop your natural mission fields.
9. MTI will share valuable resource material and help you to organize the first three years of your missions program.
10. MTI is based on proven and effective missiological methods.
How do we get started in a partnership with Mission Team Inc?
The pastor is the leader of the church. For the partnership to begin the inquiry phase, the pastor should contact us a MTI. Anyone who has an interest in missions is encouraged to call and ask questions, but for us to begin with a church the action should be initiated by the pastor or his appointed representative.
