Mission team Inc is a partner with Bible Training Center For Pastors. We work to train people in the United States with the hope and understanding that this traing can be put to good use to go overseas and train the many pastors who are in need of theological education. Our main point of training is the Burnt Hickory Bible Institute. MTI partnered with Burnt Hickory Baptist Church in 2010 to begin traing people through the Bible Training Center for Pastors Curriculum. Some students have already completed 3 of the 10 courses in the Pastoral leadership Trac.
MissionTeam Inc has also led other churches to become involved with Life's Hope Baptist Church now training appoximatly 25 people who have also completed three courses. Life's hope has now taken the lead on the work in Lesotho Africa and is working to train Pastors in this mountains region of Southern Africa.
Mission Team Inc recently started training pastors in the RAAN region of Nicaragua and has an ongoing partnership to continue the training for the next several years. Fourteen pastors began training in June of 2012 in Puerto Cabeza Nicaragua.
